(1) The technical committee will form a sectoral working group under the chairmanship of the executive director, consisting of secretariat staff, project implementation agencies, donor organizations, United Nations federal agencies, and civil society representatives, for the purpose of evaluating project-related proposals.
(2) Other work, duties and rights of the regional working group will be as specified by the technical committee.
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the sectoral working group shall be as determined by the group itself.
